Frank Besednjak
With over twenty-five years experience and a proven track record of successfully managing field service operations for Sony, RCA and General Electric, Frank provides unique, yet proven ideas and perspectives on becoming successful in customer service and contracting business. A motivational speaker, consultant and coach, Frank is dedicated to improving the professionalism and performance of technical professionals everywhere. He has written numerous published articles on leadership, customer service and business, and was selected to present his view of the future of International Business Affairs in "The Pit" at the prestigious John F. Welch Executive Development Institute.
Over 2500 technicians and contractors have attended his “High Performance Contracting Workshops” in the last two years. He has consulted with organizations as large as Sears Home Services along with assisting small one to five employee contractors in improving overall performance. Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from McKendree College. Frank is a also member of the American Society for Training and Development, National Speakers Association, Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, Air Conditioning Contractors Association, Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, Indoor Air Quality Association, American Indoor Air Quality Council, Service Roundtable, Better Business Bureau, International Code Council and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers.
Mark Schmidt
Mark Schmidt utilizes his 28 years of customer service, sales and project management experience to help companies improve operations and drive profitability.
Mark is a certified call center auditor and focuses on improving customer service and sales organizations to help acquire new customers and retain more existing customers. Marks experience includes starting, managing and auditing contact centers for productivity and quality improvements, delivering inbound and outbound supervisor and agent training and providing outsourced program management services.
As Vice President and Senior Consultant for TeleDevelopment Services (TDS), Mark had responsibility for all domestic business development and project management of new consulting, training and outsourcing opportunities. His efforts resulted in securing programs from AT&T, Sprint, Household Insurance and eTelecare and made him the national recipient of the 2001 ACCE award for best outbound Business-to-Consumer program of the year. Mark was the subject matter expert for a customer service and sales training program that helped launch the call center industry the the Philippnes.
As Vice President and Project manager of Ameridial, Mark grew this service agency from three offices and 125 agents to 16 officesand over 2100 agents. Ameridial was recognized by Telemarketing Magazine as an industry "Fastest Growing Star" and "Top 50 Service Agency" for five straight years. Mark started his sales and service career with RCA Service Company where he improved the branch extended warranty sales from 133rd nationally to number 11 in his first year. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Findlay College. He is past president of the Ohio Chapter of the ATA and member of the DMA and ICSA.
